Doc. 93-398) and as those rescissions are modified by the message of the President of January 30, 1975 (H. Doc. 94-39), and in the communication of the Comptroller General of November 6, 1974 (H. Doc. 93-391), transmitted pursuant to the Impoundment Control Act of 1974.

Summary

Makes rescissions of budget authority recommended in specified messages of the President and in a specified communication of the Comptroller General transmitted pursuant to the Impoundment Control Act. Rescinds appropriations provided under the Department of Defense Appropriation Act, 1975, in the amount of $20,500,000 with respect to operation and maintenance of the Army; $13,750,000 for operation and maintenance of the Navy; $2,500,000 for operation and maintenance of the Marine Corps; $20,000,000 for operation and maintenance of the Air Force; $1,900,000 for specified Defense agencies; $900,000 for the Army Reserve; $550,000 for the Navy Reserve; $200,000 for the Air Force Reserve; $700,000 for the Army National Guard; $250,000 for the Air National Guard. Rescinds appropriations in specified amounts under 1975 appropriations in specified amounts under 1975 appropriations Acts for specified programs of the Department of State, the Department of Justice, the Department of Commerce, the Department of Treasury, and for the Executive Office of the President and the Federal Buildings Fund.
