Summary

Waives the statute of limitations with regard to a claim by a named corporation against the United States. Declares that the failure of the appropriate Federal agency to make final disposition of such claim within six months after it is filed shall be deemed a final disposition of such claim, at the option of the claimant any time thereafter.
