Summary

Carjacking Correction Act of 1996 - Amends the Federal criminal code to provide that, with respect to the prohibition against taking a motor vehicle that has been transported, shipped, or received in interstate or foreign commerce from the person or presence of another by force and violence or by intimidation with intent to cause death or serious bodily harm, "serious bodily harm" shall include any sexual act.
