An act to amend the National Trails System Act by adding the California Trail to the study list, and for other purposes.

Summary

Amends the National Trails System Act by adding the Oregon- California Trail to the list of feasibility studies which must be submitted to the Congress for possible designation as a national scenic or historic trail. Requires that the feasibility study pertaining to the Oregon-California Trail be completed by the end of one complete fiscal year after this amendment is enacted.
