Summary
Relieves a named Federal employee of liability to the United States for a specified sum representing relocation expenses incurred by such individual in reliance on assurances by the General Services Administration that such expenses were authorized at Government expense. Authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a specified sum to such individual for certain real estate expenses reasonably believed to be incurred at Government expense.
