Amends the Bankruptcy Judges, United States Trustees, and Family Farmer Bankruptcy Act of 1986 to: (1) postpone from October 1, 1993, to October 1, 1998, repeal of provisions concerning the debt adjustment of a family farmer with regular annual income; and (2) modify the guidelines for court-authorized extension of the filing period for bankruptcy plans by a family farmer.
