Summary

Authorizes the Secretary of the Navy to transfer to: (1) Argentina the tank landing ship La Moure County; (2) Australia the tank landing ships Saginaw and Fairfax County; (3) Brazil the tank landing ship Cayuga and the Miller and Valdez frigates; (4) Chile the tank landing ships Federick and San Bernardino; (5) Malaysia the tank landing ship Spartanburg County; (6) Morocco the tank landing ship Bristol County; (7) Spain the tank landing ships Harlan County and Barnstable County; (8) the Coordination Council for North American Affairs, Taiwan, the tank landing ships Schenectady, Boulder, and Racine; and (9) Venezuela the tank landing ships Peoria and Tuscaloosa. Waives certain congressional notification requirements with respect to such transfers. Requires recipients to bear the transfer costs.
