Summary

Amends the Federal charter of the General Federation of Women's Clubs to limit the Federation's operation to charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of a tax-exempt organization under the Internal Revenue Code. Requires the Federation, upon dissolution, to liquidate and distribute its assets to tax-exempt charitable organizations with similar purposes.
