Summary

Black Lung Benefits Reform Act - Amends the Federal Coal Mine Health and Safety Act of 1969 to stipulate that miners employed for at least 30 years in underground coal mines or at least 25 years in anthracite coal mines shall automatically be entitled to disability benefits under the Act. Stipulates that claims for benefits may be filed at any time on or after the date of this Act on behalf of miners whose last exposed employment occurred before December 30, 1969. Stipulates that the Secretary of Labor shall be responsible for the administration of such claims. Requires the acceptance of medical evidence submitted in support of claims for disability benefits except where such evidence is inaccurate or fraudulently misrepresented.
