Summary
Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey two specified parcels of National Forest System (NFS) land in Forest County, Wisconsin, to the towns of Laona and Wabeno, at their request, for use as industrial park sites in exchange for the appraised fair market value of the parcels. Authorizes the Secretary to sell specified parcels of NFS land located in Florence and Langlade counties, Wisconsin, for fair market value. Makes the proceeds available to the Secretary to acquire land for inclusion in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest.
