Summary
Amends Federal law to designate certain lands in the George Washington National Forest, Virginia, as wilderness areas. States that fire fighting and rescue units of Nelson County and other counties in Virginia shall not be prevented from cutting trees or other plant life or from using motorized equipment or vehicles in the performance of their duties in such wilderness areas.
