Summary

Grants to the Comptroller General exclusive property management authority over the General Accounting Office Building located at 441 G Street, N.W., in the District of Columbia. Directs the Administrator of General Services to provide, upon request of the Comptroller General, any necessary services for the protection of the property and persons in the building. Authorizes the Comptroller General to provide, by lease or otherwise, space and services in the General Accounting Office Building to public, private, or Federal entities on terms deemed necessary to protect the public interest. Directs the Comptroller General to establish rental rates for leased space equivalent to commercial rates for comparable space located in the vicinity and used for a similar purpose.
