Summary
Allows the owner of the large stern trawler Seafreeze Atlantic to employ for a period of four years foreign citizens as crew members of such vessel for service as fish processors and fishermen. Stipulates that the provisions of this Act shall not be construed as an amendment of the United States Fishing Fleet Improvement Act except to the extent applicable to the Seafreeze Atlantic.
