Summary
Crow Boundary Settlement Act of 1994 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to enter into an agreement (Settlement Agreement) to resolve all claims held by the Crow Tribe arising from the 107th meridian boundary dispute. Sets forth land and mineral agreement terms concerning the Crow Tribe, the Northern Cheyenne Tribe, Montana, and the United States. Establishes in the Treasury the Crow Tribal Trust Fund. Authorizes appropriations.
