Authorizes the Secretary of the Navy to: (1) lease the Vreeland, Trippe, and Connole "Knox" class frigates to the Government of Greece; (2) transfer the excess "Charles F. Adams" class guided missile destroyer Berkeley to such Government; and (3) lease the Brewton, Robert E. Peary, and Kirk "Knox" class frigates to the Coordination Council for North American Affairs for Taiwan.
