Summary

Authorizes appropriations for the Forest Service to prepare the Supplement to the Final Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed Early Winters Resort (EWR) in Methow Valley, Washington. Directs the Secretary of Agriculture, subject to specified conditions, to convey certain Federal lands managed by the Forest Service within the State of Washington in exchange for certain lands owned or optioned by EWR. Adds lands acquired by the United States under this Act to the National Forest System.
