Increases to 50 percent the Federal Government's share of the costs of State boat safety programs under the Federal Boat Safety Act. Increases the authorization of appropriations for such programs from $7,500,000 to $10,000,000 for fiscal year 1976. Authorizes appropriations for such programs of $10,000,000 for each succeeding fiscal year.
