To provide for the distribution within the United States of certain materials prepared by the United States Information Agency.

Summary

Requires the Director of the U.S. Information Agency, notwithstanding restrictions on the dissemination of Agency materials within the United States, to make available to the Archivist of the United States master copies of the documentary film entitled "The Voice" and the radio documentary entitled "All of Our Yesterdays." Directs the Archivist to: (1) reimburse the Director for such copies; (2) deposit such copies in the National Archives; and (3) make copies of the master copies available for purchase and public viewing and broadcast.
