Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior, under the National Visitor Center Facilities Act, to undertake alterations to and construction of the Union Station Building and the adjacent parking lot to provide adequate facilities for visitors Provides that the Secretary may exercise this authority whether or not title to the Union Station Building or to the adjacent airspace is in the United States. Allots up to $8,680,000 of the funds authorized to be appropriated under this section to the Secretary to carry out the provisions of this Act. (Adds 40 U.S.C. 802 (c))
