Summary
Deems a named individual to have served on active duty in the U.S. Navy during a specified period for purposes of all laws administered by the Veterans Administration. Provides for the classification of such individual's dental injuries as a permanent service-connected disability and for reimbursement of costs incurred in their treatment. Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay to such individual interest on sums certified as representing amounts of basic pay and pay upon separation from service.
