Summary

Provides that the positions and employees of the Selective Service System shall be included under the position classifications and general schedule pay rates for government employees. Removes their exemption, under the Military Selective Service Act, from the provisions of the Classification Act. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 5102 (b) and 5334 (d))
