Amends the Consumer Product Safety Act to eliminate a prohibition against regular officers or employees of the Consumer Product Safety Commission, above the GS - 14 level, accepting employment or compensation from any manufacturer subject to such Act, for a period of 12 months after terminating employment with the Commission.
