Summary

Includes as eligible for war claims benefits pursuant to the Micronesian Claims Act a Micronesian inhabitant of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands who became a citizen of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands on July 18, 1947, and who is a citizen of the United States as of the date of filing a claim. Provides that, as claims are adjudicated, the Micronesian Claims Commission shall certify them to the Secretary of the Interior for payment in such manner as he may direct.
