Summary
Refuge Revenue Sharing Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to make additional refuge revenue sharing payments, on a fiscal year basis, to each local government unit in which entitlement lands are located. Sets forth the method for computing such payments based on the acreage of the National Wildlife Refuge System within such unit. Directs the Secretary to make additional payments to counties wherein certain lands acquired by the United States for the National Wildlife Refuge System, which were subject to local real property taxes, are located. Requires such counties to distribute such payments to local government units which have incurred losses of such taxes due to the acquisition.
