Summary
National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Marine Fisheries Program Authorization Act - Authorizes appropriations to the Department of Commerce for FY 1984 to enable the National Marine Fisheries Service to carry out its: (1) Fisheries Information Collection and Analysis duties; (2) Fisheries Conservation and Management Operations duties; and (3) Fisheries State and Industry Assistance program duties. Authorizes appropriations to the Department of Commerce to enable the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to provide increases for salary, pay, and other employee benefits.
