Summary

Amends the Fishermen's Protective Act of 1967 to require the investment in United States obligations or in United States guaranteed obligations of fees collected in accordance with agreements by the United States to reimburse commercial fishermen for certain losses caused by foreign countries seizing their vessels. Extends for one year the authority of the Secretary of Commerce to make such reimbursements.
