Summary
Directs the Secretary of the Interior to issue to the Landusky School District, without consideration, a patent for the surface and mineral estates of certain lots in Montana. Provides that the Secretary, in carrying out this Act, shall not be required to comply with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, the Historic Preservation Act of the State of Montana, and any executive order pertaining to flood plains or wetlands.
