Summary

Hoover Dam Miscellaneous Sales Act - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior, with respect to the Hoover Dam, to: (1) conduct sales of materials generated by the Bureau of Reclamation that are related to Bureau programs or projects and related memorabilia and commemorative items; (2) convert unneeded property or scrap material into Bureau memorabilia for sale purposes; and (3) enter into agreements for the sale of such materials. Requires: (1) Bureau costs under this Act to be paid from the Colorado River Dam fund; and (2) sale revenues to be used for repayment of sales costs and costs of construction of the Hoover Dam Visitor Center.
