Extends the special food service program for children under the National School Lunch Act through September 30, 1975. Authorizes and directs the Secretary of Agriculture to use not more than $52,700,000 from funds appropriated to encourage the domestic consumption and exportation of agriculture products to carry out the purpose of this Act.
