An Act to amend the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act, and for other purposes.

Summary

Designates the segment of the Missouri River, Montana, from Fort Bonton 175 miles downstream to Robinson Bridge, as a component of the National Wild And Scenic Rivers System. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire title to no more than 180,000 acres for the purpose of this Act. Directs the Secretary to allow the construction of a bridge across the river in the vicinity of the community of Winifred, Montana. Provides that, with limited exceptions, nothing in this Act shall affect the applicability of United States mine and mineral leasing laws. Authorizes the appropriation of such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
