Summary
Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to strike and sell to the United States Capitol Historical Society not more than 50,000 bronze, silver, and gold bicentennial medals each year until December 31, 1989. Requires that the Society retain 75 percent of any profits accruing from the sale of such medals in marketing arrangements made with other enterprises.
