Summary

Lower Brule Sioux Tribe Infrastructure Development Trust Fund Act - Establishes in the Treasury the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe Infrastructure Development Trust Fund which shall receive funds from the power program of the Pick-Sloan Missouri River basin program until a specified Fund aggregate is attained. Directs the Tribe, in consultation with the Secretaries of the Interior and of Health and Human Services, to develop a plan for the socioeconomic recovery and cultural preservation of the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe. Authorizes appropriations.
