Summary
Hawaii Water Resources Reclamation Act of 1999 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to study and report to specified congressional committees on the reclamation and reuse of water and wastewater in Hawaii. Amends the: (1) Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and Facilities Act to include Hawaii in its wastewater program; and (2) Reclamation States Emergency Drought Relief Act to include Hawaii for certain drought assistance and loans. Extends the latter program through FY 2005.
