Summary
Travel Expense Amendments Act - Expands the definition of "employee," for purposes of travel, subsistance and mileage allowances, to include individuals performing services for the Government. Makes the per diem travel allowance $35 for travel inside the Continental United States and directs the Administrator of General Services to set the per diem allowance by locality for travel outside the Continental United States. Increases other travel and mileage allowances.
