Summary
Arkansas Wild and Scenic Rivers Act of 1991 - Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate certain river segments in Arkansas as components of the Wild and Scenic Rivers System. Requires the State to manage other designated river segments as part of such system. Declares that nothing in this Act is intended to prohibit the Secretary of the Army from: (1) operating Gillham Lake, including lake levels and releases, in a manner consistent with the Gillham project; or (2) establishing a public use area for float trip termination at the confluence of the Cossatot River with Gillham Lake.
