Summary
Guayule Rubber Demonstration and Economic Development Act - Amends the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 to authorize the Secretary of Commerce to conduct a program of research, development, and demonstration of guayule rubber production and manufacture as an economic development opportunity for the southwestern States. Authorizes the Secretary to enter into cooperative projects with the Government of Mexico to accomplish this Act.
