Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to: (1) convey by patent specified lands to Miles City, Montana; and (2) convey to Miles City and Custer County, Montana, such evidence as is necessary to remove reversionary provisions for certain public lands previously patented. Requires any document issued pursuant to such conveyances to contain a reservation to the United States of all mineral rights in such lands.
