Summary
Enables the President to authorize the involuntary order to active duty of Selected Reservists, for a period not to exceed 90 days, whether or not a declaration of war has been made by the Congress, or a national emergency has been declared by the President. Provides that not more than 50,000 Selected Reservists may be on active duty under this Act at any one time. (Adds 10 U.S.C. 673b)
