Title I: General Revision of Copyright Law - Provides for the general revision of the Copyright Law, title 17 of the United States Code. Title II: Protection of Ornamental Designs of Useful Articles - Design Protection Act - Provides that the author or other proprietor of an original ornamental design of a useful article may obtain the protection of this title by complying with the enumerated provisions of this title.
