Summary
Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to transfer to the Secretary of the Interior (Secretary) a specified amount of the funds appropriated to provide a grant to the Crow Tribe under the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Act of 1981. Requires the Secretary to use such funds to provide, through the Crow agency social service program of the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the assistance and benefits available under such Act to those Crow Tribe members that meet the eligibility criteria established by the Tribe in its grant application.
