Summary
Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 to permit the Secretary of Agriculture to make price support loans on the 1979 crops of corn and wheat to any producer who did not comply with the requirements of the 1979 set-aside program for the commodity. Authorizes the sale of Commodity Credit Corporation stocks of corn for use in making alcohol for motor fuel.
