Summary
Amends the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978 to extend the transition period established by such Act to June 27, 1984. Extends the term of office of any bankruptcy judge who was serving on June 20, 1984, and of any bankruptcy judge who is serving on the date of enactment of this Act, to June 27, 1984.
