Summary
Congressional Recognition for Excellence in Arts Education Act - Amends the Congressional Award Act to establish a Congressional Recognition for Excellence in Arts Education Awards Board within the legislative branch. Directs the Board to establish and administer a Congressional Recognition for Excellence in Arts Education Awards Program, under which it makes annual awards to elementary and secondary schools and students. Establishes a Congressional Recognition for Excellence in Arts Education Awards Trust Fund.
