Summary
Family Farmer Bankruptcy Relief Act of 2004 - Amends the Omnibus Consolidated and Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1999, to extend for 18 additional months (until July 1, 2005) the period for which chapter 12 of the Federal Bankruptcy Code (Adjustments of Debts of a Family Farmer) is reenacted. States that such extension shall take effect on January 1, 2004.
