Summary
Provides that any of the Non-Federal lands authorized to be restored to the Umatilla Indian Reservation, Oregon, may be exchanged under the consolidation of national forest lands provisions of Federal law. States that all of such lands so accepted in exchange shall thereupon be added to and made a part of the national forest in which they are located and shall thereafter be administered under the laws and regulations relating to the national forests. Provides that lands received in exchange or purchased under the provisions of this Act shall be open to mineral locations, mineral development, and patent, in accordance with the mining laws of the United States.
