Summary

Provides formulae for the distribution and use of judgment funds awarded to the Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians. Directs that per capita shares of such funds be distributed to specified individuals according to prescribed formulae. Exempts such funds from: (1) any income tax liability: and (2) any determination of eligibility or assistance under a Federal, State, or local program.
