Summary
Hawaii Volcanoes National Park Adjustment Act of 1999 - Amends Federal law to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to acquire land on a specified map for Hawaii National Park through donation, exchange, or purchase with donated or appropriated funds (currently, only by purchase with donated or appropriated funds). Repeals the prohibition against acquiring any land within a certain area for the Park by purchase, but only by public or private donations.
