Summary
Provides that the second regular session of the Ninety-third Congress shall begin at noon on Monday, January 21, 1974, or at noon on the second day after their respective Members are notified to reassemble in accordance with this resolution, whichever event first occurs. Authorizes the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate, or the Majority Leader of the Senate and the Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, or the Minority Leader of the Senate and the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, to notify the Members of the Senate and the House of Representatives, respectively, to reassemble whenever in their opinion the public interest shall warrant it.
