Summary
Establishes a Committee on Information and Intelligence in the House of Representatives to make continuing studies of : (1) the activities of each information and intelligence agency of the United States; (2) the relationships between information and intelligence agencies of the United States and United States-based corporations and the effect of such relationships on United States foreign policy and intelligence operations abroad; and (3) the problems relating to information and intelligence programs. Enumerates the powers of the committee. Directs the committee to submit an annual report.
