Summary

Expresses the sense of Congress that: (1) those U.S. and allied Armed Forces that were killed, wounded, or missing in action or those who were taken captive in the war with Iraq are to be recognized for their ultimate sacrifice and commended for their courage; (2) the families of U.S. and allied service members currently deployed are deserving of the unequivocal support and appreciation of the Nation; and (3) all U.S. citizens should extend their deepest sympathy to the families of the members of the U.S. and allied forces killed in action.
